I like to learn about people and cultures. Why do people do what they do? What makes people tick? Why do people in different societies do things differently? This curiosity of cultures and social groups has led me to live and study abroad in both Germany and Australia.

Both my studies and my experience abroad have taught me to challenge conventional wisdom. Through analytical and strategic thinking, I always ask the why and dig deeper to find the answers.

My experience living abroad has given me the ability to navigate cultural challenges. This has provided me an immeasurable amount of strength, self-reliance, and resilience when facing tough situations.

Living in Germany I finished my Bachelor’s degree in German Studies. During my time there I developed a further love of learning regarding different cultures. This led me to move to Australia and dig deeper into the human experience by earning my Master’s degree in Applied Anthropology.

I later discovered UX and was intrigued that in addition to asking and answering questions about people and cultures, I could solve their problems as well. Through UX design, I am able to allow my passion for culture and problem-solving to merge and provide solutions for users and help improve their lives.

In my spare time I enjoy watching sports, playing softball, cooking and baking, bike rides along the lakeshore, working out at the gym and experiencing new cultures.
